BAARLE – At the end of December 2021, Q-lite, manufacturer of digital LED and LCD solutions, launched a tasty call: “Would you like to come and work for us?”. To fill the vacancies, 1750 free coffee cookies were distributed at numerous bakeries in the Noorderkempen region. Thanks to the striking action, the company was able to welcome more than 10 new employees in the past quarter.
To thank colleagues for their efforts and help in the search for new staff, Q-lite distributes delicious, local chocolate from Limar to all its employees at Easter.

In the box, employees will also find a leaflet with a QR code that refers to the special presentation of their new colleagues. The underlying video shows the company’s latest acquisitions in an original way on the very latest LED paintings in the Q-lite showroom.
Thanks to the coffee cake campaign, no less than 10 vacancies were filled. “However, we will keep our eyes and ears open for technical talent,” says An Nooyens, HR Manager at Q-lite. “A good service technician or Software Developer is always welcome. But there are also plenty of opportunities within the company as an intern or working student”.
